At Candy Kittens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sweet treats, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately and we will make it right.

Return Process

  Ensure your candy pouches are unopened, still sealed in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return or any damages incurred.

  Pack Your Sweets

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent any damage during transit.

• 4.
  Send and Refund

  Ship the package back to our warehouse using the provided instructions; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
